Terms of Service

These terms govern use of FortifyRoot's website, app, SDK, APIs, and hosted service.

Users are responsible for account security and authorized use. Organization owners and admins control access for their organization.

New organizations may receive a 30-day Pro trial. Published pricing may be early-access or founding-team pricing and may change. No checkout or paid subscription is active until billing is explicitly enabled or agreed separately.

Customers are responsible for what they instrument and send, and must have the rights and permissions to send telemetry to FortifyRoot. Customers should configure SDK content capture, masking, and safety settings appropriate for their environment.

No unlawful, abusive, malicious, or rights-violating use, and no security-testing without authorization. Do not attempt to bypass limits, rate controls, or access controls.

MVP and beta features may change. FortifyRoot may update, suspend, or discontinue features.

Each party should protect non-public information received through use of the service.

FortifyRoot owns the service, website, app, documentation, SDK brand, and product IP. Customers retain rights to their data and telemetry.

The service is provided as-is and as-available for MVP unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Safety detections, masking, costs, projections, and analytics are aids, not guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided 'as is' and FortifyRoot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Full terms coming soon.

Customers may stop using the service at any time. FortifyRoot may suspend access for security, abuse, non-payment once billing exists, or violation of these terms.
